Keith Abbott
Founder, Adlerian Consulting
Keith Abbott initially trained in organisational psychology. He has extensive experience in designing and delivering complex organisation change, development programs and culture change and change management programs for large organisations, including Shell, Qantas Group and CSL.
His strengths in change management, human resource management, and learning program design have consistently focused on building capability and increasing organisational impact and performance. He has a BA (Hons) Monash University & Masters of Applied Psychology, University of Melbourne.
Dr. Steven Langdon
Manager
Steven Langdon, with a PhD in Organisational Psychology and a background in both research and applied settings, applies his experience across employee engagement, organisational culture, and performance improvement initiatives.
His expertise spans the public policy, education, and consulting sectors, where he has successfully delivered evidence-backed projects for private, not-for-profit, and government clients, leveraging his strong research and analytical skills.
Riddhi Sukhia
Senior Psychologist
Riddhi brings experience and expertise in the field of organisational psychology and organisational development. Having worked in both internal and external consulting roles, including at a big-4 consulting firm, Riddhi has designed and delivered people projects to successfully improve employee experience, drive sustainable organisational change, and build people capability. Strategically minded, collaborative, and innovative in her solutions, Riddhi brings an evidence-based approach to her work, while incorporating a human-centred view to enhancing organisational performance. Riddhi completed a Masters in Organisational Psychology at the University of Queensland and is completing her supervised endorsement.
Adrien Cecillon

Adrien is an experienced HR transformation and change management professional with experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and international environments. He has a proven track record in designing and implementing transformative HR operating models, streamlining processes and structures to enhance efficiency and consistency, and improving HRIS performance through scalable, tailored frameworks. Adrien has delivered successful projects across diverse industries including retail, construction, banking and insurance, and healthcare, and is driven by a passion for creating simple, people-first solutions that enhance employee experience while fostering organisational performance.
Rachel Colman
Senior Consultant
Rachel Colman, with more than six years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Employee Experience, brings strong analytical and research skills to her role.
Her expertise spans sectors including Advertising, Technology, and Professional Services. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Melbourne and recently completed her Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Deakin University.
Amelia Cavanagh
Senior Consultant
Amelia Cavanagh has deep expertise in a range of Human Resource disciplines including Employee Relations, Performance Management and Development, Policy and HR systems which provide her with excellent insights into how to manage change and support organisations evolve.
She has also held several Project Management and Operations Management roles. Amelia’s experience includes working in Construction, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Not-for-Profit and Professional Services sectors. She has a Bachelor of Science from University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University. Most of all, Amelia is highly collaborative, and we love working with her!

Pesh is an experienced Talent Specialist with a passion for personal and professional development while bringing a versatile skill set spanning recruitment, assessment, learning and development, instructional design and other people processes. Additionally, he has strengths in analysis, data management and research.
Currently completing his Master of Organisational Psychology, Pesh focuses on creating vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplaces. His strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement enable him to collaborate effectively and drive positive change across diverse teams.
